Weekly, biweekly or monthly: which cleaning plan fits your house?

Bright living room after a standard clean

The rhythm you pick matters more than most people expect. Not because of the clean itself, which is the same checklist every time, but because of what happens in between.

Weekly

For households where the house works hard: two or more kids, a dog that sheds, a home office, people who host. Weekly means the kitchen and bathrooms never get a chance to build up, and the in-between maintenance you do yourself is close to zero. It is also the lowest per-visit price.

Biweekly

The default for a reason. Every other week keeps a family home comfortably clean with a small amount of upkeep in between: wiping counters, running the vacuum once. Most of our standard clean customers are on biweekly.

Monthly

For smaller homes, condos, couples without kids or pets, and people who keep on top of things themselves and want a proper reset once a month. The visit takes a little longer because more has built up, so the per-visit price is higher, but the yearly total is the lowest.

One-time

Not a plan, but worth mentioning: a deep clean before guests, a move-out clean, an Airbnb turnover. Booked when you need it, priced for the job.

Switching

You can move between rhythms whenever you like. A lot of people go weekly for the school year and monthly over the summer, or biweekly normally and weekly in December. Text us and it changes from the next visit.

Not sure? Pick biweekly. If the house is still not where you want it after two visits, go weekly. If it is spotless before we arrive, try monthly.
