We are not a facilities company with a fleet of floor machines, and we do not pretend to be. What we do well is the small commercial space that is really a home-sized job: a five-desk office, a salon, a dental waiting room, a boutique.
Those spaces need the same things a home needs, on a schedule that does not interrupt the business: desks and surfaces, restrooms, the kitchenette, floors, glass, trash. Weekly is the usual rhythm; biweekly for lighter-use spaces.
Access is arranged once and then it runs. We hold a key or a code, work after closing, and lock up the way you asked.

We prefer after hours so nobody is working around us, but daytime is possible for spaces with a quiet window.

We restock from your supply and tell you what is running low.
