After the contractors leave

The dust settles.
We take it away.

Renovation dust gets everywhere: inside cabinets, on top of door frames, in the vents. We clear it from every surface so the new kitchen looks like the new kitchen.

Post-Construction Cleaning

Fine dust is the whole job.

Contractors sweep. They do not wipe the inside of the new cabinets, wash the film off the new tile, or vacuum the dust that settled in the vents and on top of every door. That is post-construction cleaning, and it is slow, careful work.

We usually come in two passes for larger projects: a rough clean once the trades are out, and a final detail clean after the punch list. For a single-room remodel, one detailed visit is enough.

Tell us what was done and whether the space is furnished. Paint spatter, grout haze and adhesive residue each need their own approach.

FAQ

Post-Construction Cleaning questions.

The things people ask before booking this clean.

All questions
When should the clean happen?

After the last trade has left and before the furniture goes back. For big projects, one rough clean and one final clean.

Do you haul away debris?

No. We bag what is left for the contractor’s haul-off or a junk removal company.

Can you remove grout haze and paint spatter?

Yes, on most surfaces. Tell us the materials so we bring the right products.

How long does it take?

A single-room remodel is usually half a day. Whole-home renovations are a full day or more with a larger team.

Do you work with contractors directly?

Yes. Several Broward contractors book us for their final cleans.
