It is best. If some furniture will still be there, tell us and we plan around it.
Do utilities need to be on?
Yes, water and power. We cannot clean without them.
Will this get my deposit back?
It removes the cleaning as a reason to withhold it. Damage and wear are a separate matter between you and the landlord.
Can you do the clean before closing?
Yes. Tell us the date and we book the day before, or the morning of.
