Prices depend on the size and condition of the home. Every plan comes with a written price before the first visit.
Four things, and nothing hidden.
Size
Beds and baths, mostly. A three bed two bath is the most common home we quote.
Condition
A home that has not been cleaned in a while starts with a deep clean, then the plan price applies.
Frequency
Weekly costs less per visit than biweekly, which costs less than monthly, because the house never gets far from clean.
Add-ons
Inside the oven or fridge, laundry, organizing, interior windows. Priced when you ask, before we do them.
What every recurring visit covers.

How much does house cleaning cost in Broward County?
It depends on the size of the home, its condition and how often we come. Recurring plans cost less per visit than one-time cleans because the house never gets far from clean. Fill in the estimate form or call (754) 667-2162 and you get a written price before we start.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
By the job. You get one written price for the clean you booked, and it does not change because a room took longer than expected. That is what transparent pricing means to us.
Is a recurring plan cheaper than booking one-time cleans?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly and monthly plans are priced lower per visit than a one-time clean, because a home that is cleaned on a rhythm takes less time each visit. The first visit on a new plan is usually priced as a deep clean to get the house to that baseline.
Are there any extra fees?
No fuel charges, no booking fees, no surprise add-ons. If you ask for something outside the checklist on the day, we tell you what it costs before we do it.
When and how do I pay?
After the clean, once you have seen the house. We confirm the accepted payment methods when we send your price.
