Because it is the same checklist every time, you always know what you are getting and what you are paying. If you want something extra on a given visit, inside the oven or the fridge, say, tell us when you book and we price it before we start.
Most homes run biweekly. Busy households and homes with pets tend to go weekly; smaller places or people who keep on top of things themselves go monthly. You can change the rhythm whenever life changes.

How long does a standard clean take?
Most two and three bedroom homes take two to three hours with a two-person team. The first visit on a new plan takes longer.
Do I need to tidy before you come?
Picking up clothes and toys helps us spend the time on cleaning rather than moving things, but it is not required.
Can I change the frequency later?
Yes. Text us and we move you from biweekly to weekly, or to monthly, from the next visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Everything, including the vacuum and pet-friendly products. If you want us to use a product of yours, leave it out and tell us.
What if I only want certain rooms cleaned?
Tell us when you book. The price reflects the rooms on the list.
