FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Everything people ask before they book. Anything missing, call (754) 667-2162 or text (954) 790-0673.

Pricing

What it costs and how the number is worked out.

How much does house cleaning cost in Broward County?

It depends on the size of the home, its condition and how often we come. Recurring plans cost less per visit than one-time cleans because the house never gets far from clean. Fill in the estimate form or call (754) 667-2162 and you get a written price before we start.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

By the job. You get one written price for the clean you booked, and it does not change because a room took longer than expected. That is what transparent pricing means to us.

Is a recurring plan cheaper than booking one-time cleans?

Yes. Weekly, biweekly and monthly plans are priced lower per visit than a one-time clean, because a home that is cleaned on a rhythm takes less time each visit. The first visit on a new plan is usually priced as a deep clean to get the house to that baseline.

Are there any extra fees?

No fuel charges, no booking fees, no surprise add-ons. If you ask for something outside the checklist on the day, we tell you what it costs before we do it.

When and how do I pay?

After the clean, once you have seen the house. We confirm the accepted payment methods when we send your price.

Booking and scheduling

Getting us to your door.

How do I get a price?

Fill in the estimate form on any page, or call (754) 667-2162 or text (954) 790-0673. Tell us the beds and baths, the zip code and how often you want us. You get a written price back, usually the same day.

How soon can you come?

Recurring plans usually start within the week. Same-day cleaning is available when the schedule allows; call before noon and we will tell you honestly whether today works.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers are at work. Leave access instructions when you book (a key, a code, a lockbox) and we lock up the same way we found it.

Will I get the same team each time?

That is the goal for every recurring home. Tell us if a particular team member worked out well and we schedule around it where we can.

What if I need to skip or move a visit?

Text us. Life happens. Give us a day or two of notice where you can so the slot can go to someone else.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, everything, including the vacuum and pet-friendly products. If you prefer we use a specific product of yours, leave it out and tell us.

What is included

The checklist, and what sits outside it.

What does a standard clean include?

Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and the outside of appliances; bathrooms top to bottom; dusting of surfaces, shelves and sills; floors vacuumed and mopped; beds made; trash out. The same checklist every visit.

What does a deep clean add?

Baseboards, door frames and switch plates; inside the oven and fridge; grout and tile scrubbing; blinds, vents and ceiling fans; light fixtures; the inside of cabinets and closets on request. It is the clean a home needs once or twice a year, or before a plan starts.

Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?

On a deep clean and a move in / out clean, yes. On a standard clean they are add-ons you can request when you book.

Do you do laundry, dishes or organizing?

Dishes in the sink go in the dishwasher as part of the kitchen. Laundry and organizing are add-ons; ask when you book and we will price them.

Are your products safe for pets and children?

We use pet-friendly products in every home. If anyone in the house has allergies or sensitivities, tell us when you book and we will adjust what we bring.

Do you clean windows?

Interior glass and sills, yes. Exterior windows and anything that needs a ladder outside are not part of our service.

Trust and safety

What you should ask any cleaner.

What if something gets damaged?

Tell us the same day, with a photo, and we make it right.

What if I am not happy with a clean?

Tell us the same day and we come back and redo what was missed.

How do you handle keys and alarm codes?

Access details are stored with the booking, not on the team’s phones. Tell us how you want the house locked and the alarm set, and that is how we leave it.

Airbnb and vacation rentals

For hosts.

Do you do Airbnb turnovers?

Yes, across Broward County. We clean between guests on your check-out and check-in schedule, restock linens and consumables from your supply, stage every room the same way and send photos when the unit is guest-ready.

How fast is a turnover?

It depends on the unit. Most one and two bedroom units are turned in the same window between check-out and check-in. Tell us your calendar and we will tell you what is realistic.

Can you sync with my booking calendar?

Send us your check-out dates as they come in, or share your calendar link, and we schedule around it.

Do you restock supplies?

From your supply, yes. We note what is running low so you can reorder before it becomes a guest complaint.

Do you report damage or missing items?

Yes, with photos, before the next guest arrives, so you have what you need for a claim.

Areas

Where we work.

Which cities do you serve?

Broward County and Boca Raton. See the full list on the areas page, from Parkland and Coral Springs to Fort Lauderdale, Lighthouse Point and the beach towns.

Do you charge more for further-out cities?

No. The price is for the clean, not the drive.

Do you clean apartments and condos?

Yes. Tell us about building access and elevator rules when you book and we plan around them. See apartment and condo cleaning.

Still have a question?

Ask it on the form, or call and we will price the clean on the phone.
